TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS
+ The artist has the right to reject a commission.+ Personal-use commissions prohibits reselling, use for product creation, and any activity that generates profit for the client. Please refer to commercial commissions for commercial use.+ By ordering, the client is purchasing the artist's labor only. The artist retains all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: use of the Commission for artist promotion.+ The client must specify the content of their commission to the best of their ability prior to an agreement. A complex commission may incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon prior to start of work.+ If the commission is defined as confidential, public display of the image will be delayed temporarily at the request of the client for a specified time.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
+ The artist has the right to have full knowledge and awareness should the artwork be used for commercial purposes.+ All commercial commissions will be presented with a contract to first agree upon, which will include either a royalty fee or an additional fixed fee.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Where client wishes to cancel to commission in the middle of the process:
+ Down-payment (50%) is non-refundable
+ Client is freed from obligation to pay the remaining sumWhere the artist wishes to cancel the commission:
+ Payment will be fully refundedRefund is non-applicable after the coloring phase has been authorized
